These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Yards R Us, including our SMS messaging program. By contacting us or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Yards R Us provides professional yard rolling and lawn leveling services. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to our discretion and will be communicated directly to you upon inquiry.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Yards R Us operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service confirmations, follow-ups, and general business inquiries.
2.1 Opt-In
By texting Yards R Us or providing your phone number and requesting or consenting to SMS communication, you opt in to our SMS program. You confirm that:
- You are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number provided.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You consent to receive text messages from Yards R Us at the number provided.
2.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to service scheduling, appointment reminders, quotes, or follow-ups. We will not send marketing messages unrelated to your service requests.
2.3 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Yards R Us is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
2.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to you, except as required by law.

2.6 Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Yards R Us is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Service Terms
By using our yard rolling services, you agree to the following:
- You authorize Yards R Us personnel to access the specified property to perform services.
- You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards on your property prior to service.
- Yards R Us is not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground fixtures, systems, or hazards.
- Payment terms will be communicated prior to service and must be fulfilled upon completion.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yards R Us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yards R Us, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
